Description

Wykabor 10 is an aqueous wood preservative and masonry biocide based on disodium octoborate and benazalkonium chloride. Suitable for the eradication of common furniture beetle Anobium punctatum and other wood boring insects in building timbers. Also, for the prevention of fungal decay in sound timbers following the removal of sources of moisture. Wykabor 10 may also be used in conjunction with wykabor 40 as part of an eradicant treatment against fungal decay.

As a masonry biocide Wykabor 10 may be used to treat brickwork etc. contaminated by dry rot Serpula lacrymans, the removal and control of external biological growths (moss, lichens, algae) on stonework etc., or mould control on internal surfaces prone to condensdation.
