Product Information:
- Pressed 90 degree bend.
- Galvanised bends are ';male'; fittings and will slip inside ';female'; spiral duct pipe.
- Fittings should be secured using the appropriate fixing method.
- Larger diameters (250mm+) are available, and are fabricated in segmented style.
- Our fittings are produced in accordance with DW144, and have a rolled edge for safer handling and improved alignment.

#1DuctHi I am looking for rigid ducting for a Kitchen cooker hood. Slightly confused by you safe duct and duct. will Galss 150 (spiral duct) fit with Gal NP 150 (coupler) and Gal B 150 (90 Bend) ? Does spiral duct fit into these fittings? what is overall high of bend? Thanks in a dance Stephen

Thank you for your question. Yes the coupler and bend will fit into the sprial duct. The difference between the safe and vent is that the safe fittings have a rubber seal that will crate a seal when fitted and then you just have to seal your joint with aluminium tape. The vent fittings have to be screwed or riveted to the sprial. Hope that makes sense? What else would we need to do this and extract to an outside wall? Thanks for your time

Thank you for your question. You can fit the 150mm rigid ducting straight onto the spigot on the cooker hood, or if you want to fit the 150mm bend straight onto the cooker hood then a 150mm female sleeve or a piece of 150mm pipe would be required. You would need to know how many meters of 150mm ducting you need to go to the outside wall and you would require a 150mm grille for the outside.
