Can this be connected to plastic ducting?

Can this be connected to plastic ducting? The plastic 90° connectors have a much smaller bend radius, which reduces airflow. How would you achieve a successful metal to plastic connection if so? Many thanks.

    Question by James Cameron, 30-10-2021

Good morning James. Yes you can connect it to plastic ducting, and it should be a fairly tight fit. You can use either duct tape or duct sealant to give is a more airtight finish.

    Kind regards,
    Marc.
