The MEVDC is a centralised extract system which can ventilate your entire property without the need to install individual extract fans. The low-profile MEV can be mounted in any orientation offering flexible and hassle-free installation, while the low-watt DC motors provide high performance with low SFPs and low noise.

The MEVDC central extract system will extract stale air from homes with one or more wet rooms. SAP Q recognised and designed to meet current building regulations Part F & L, this system provides reliable and low-energy ventilation.

The unit has a unique locating bracket which enables it to be fixed in any orientation, horizontally or vertically, ensuring a quick and efficient installation at either 1st or 2nd fix stage. At only 190mm deep, the low profile MEVDC is designed to save space whilst still providing high-performance ventilation of up to 98l/s.

As supplied the unit is fitted with:

5 off blanking plates (plates used to cover spigots not being utilised)
4 off 100mm diameter spigots
2 off 125mm diameter spigots

Any or all of the spigots can be utilised. 110 x 54mm spigots plus additional spigots are available on request. 

It is recommended that your maximum duct length should be 20-25 metres, which takes into account one bend each.
