Product Information:

White Plastic Ducting Pipe - 100mm dia x 2000mm (2 Metre) Length  - Please note that our straight lengths of Round plastic 100mm ducting tube are ';female'; i.e. round duct fittings such as bends and reducers are ';male'; and generally slip inside the duct tube. To connect two ';female'; straight duct lengths together use a System 100 male connector (Part: "DUCEK28").

Kair System 100 (SYS-100) Round Ducting provides superior airflow performance when compared with 100mm flexible or 110mm x 54mm rectangular ducting. It is perfect for installations requiring low extraction rates such as cooker hoods and small extractor fans.

Installation Tips:

1. Kair plastic ducting pipe is lightweight & easy to install. You simply push-fit the duct pipe and fittings together. For permanent fixings, you can seal the joints with a method of your choice (Popular options include silicone sealant, solvent cement, or tape).
2. Plastic ducting can be carefully cut to the required size using a hacksaw. Offcuts are always useful to keep to hand for joining two male fittings
3. Lengths of duct channel can be joined together using a male connector (Part: "DUCEK28").
4. Use round pipe fixing clips to fix ductwork to walls and ceilings and support ducting tube (Part: "DUCVKC304C").

• Use round pipe fixing clips to fix ductwork to walls and ceilings and support ducting tube (Part: "DUCVKC304C").
• Alternatively you can use Rectangular-To-Round Male (Part: "DUCVKC207") or Rectangular-To-Round Female Adaptor (Part: "DUCVKC241") depending on the fitting you are connecting to. Remember, rectangular bends and connectors are male fittings and pipe is a female fitting.
