Delivery Schedule

We process your order right away for goods in stock. We will normally send your order to you in 2 to 4 business days. Where available, once goods have been despatched, Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address provided at time of order. All prices shown below are inclusive of Vat at standard rate where applicable.

1. Mainland UK Deliveries Charges

2. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Delivery Charges

For orders to be delivered to these areas, orders can be placed in one of the following two ways, either 1) by phoning us on +44 (0)20 8463 9696 and we will take your order over the phone and we will advise you of the delivery charge  or 2) by placing your order online and selecting the relevant delivery option, however your order will be subject to a delivery charge supplement (due to increased carriage costs) which we will advise you of separately either by phone/email, this will be in addition to/after the standard automatic order confirmation...your order will not be despatched until this supplement has been approved.  Goods are usually received within 4 to 5 days.

3. International Delivery Charges

For orders to be delivered to these areas, orders can be placed in one of the following two ways, either 1) by phoning us on +44 (0)20 8463 9696 and we will take your order over the phone and we will advise you of the delivery charge  or 2) by placing your order online and selecting the relevant delivery option, however your order will be subject to a delivery charge supplement (due to increased carriage costs) which we will advise you of separately either by phone/email, this will be in addition to/after the standard automatic order confirmation...your order will not be despatched until this supplement has been approved.  Goods are usually received within 14 days.

4. Direct Despatch

Items Marked with delivery times greater than 5 days are generally depatched direct from supplier. Please note that Direct Despatch items cannot generally be tracked.

5. Store Collection

You are welcome to collect your order from our trade counter.  Please call us on 08451 44 2001 to confirm that the items are in stock and to agree a collection date/time...we will then aim to have your order ready for you.  Our usual opening hours are: Monday - Friday  8am - 5.30pm.  Our address is: Unit 6 Chiltonian Industrial Estate, 203 Manor Lane, Lee, London. Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy. 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. If you are unhappy with any product purchase, you may return it within 28 days for a full refund. This applies to all our goods except non reusable items such as chemicals, coatings, plasters etc where the item has been opened. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Returning Goods. Please obtain a RMA number before returning any item, as without this, your refund may be delayed. To obtain a RMA number, please email or telephone us.

Goods must be returned in mint condition, complete with all contents and packaging. Please return goods to: Returns Department, i-sells.co.uk, Unit 6, Chiltonian Industrial Estate, 203 Manor Lane, London, SE12 0TX. Please enclose your name and address details and reason for return inside the parcel to ensure a prompt refund. Please note the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
