Showroom and Trade Counter:
Customer collections of PRE-ORDERED PREPAID sales has re-commenced as of Monday 24th August.
Collections will be from the BACK door only.
You will be informed by email or telephone when your order is ready to collect.
Due to Covid-19 and Brexit, we are not currently accepting International orders. This will be reviewed early June 2021. If your order is greater than £100 then you can contact us for an exception.
At this difficult time, we want to reassure you that we are here to support you. To reduce any unnecessary exposure on your part, we have extended our current returns period from 30 days to 60 days.
This means that you do not need to worry about rushing to request a return for any unwanted goods.
There may also be a slight delay on refunds, however, we will endeavour to process refunds within 15 days. This may be extended up to a maximum of 45 days.
This is due to the difficult circumstances associated with carrying out our processes in the usual way in difficult times such as these. Please rest assured, your refund will be honoured.
Due to reduced resources, we may ask you to keep unwanted goods for a little while longer before asking for them to be returned to us.
All of our other areas of business are operating as usual. We would like to thank you for your understanding in the current climate.

Orders of stocked items will be processed immediately, and usually delivered in 1 to 4 working days. Where available, you will be emailed a tracking number for your delivery once despatched.
Prices will vary depending on the items in your basket . Each courier has their own length and weight limitations, and may not be available when placing your order.

If order is placed before noon and all items are in stock, the order will be sent out the same day for next working day delivery. We ship orders Monday to Friday.*
For example if you place a next day order on Friday after the cut of time, this will likely get sent out the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday* which is the next working day after sending out the goods.
Please note that next day orders are not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances that could occur with the courier or missing stock.

EU deliveries (VAT registered companies):

Rest of World:

If your order has items that are currently out of stock, we will order them for you. You will receive an email or phone call from one of our dispatch team with the expected date of delivery once we have confirmed delivery dates from our suppliers.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if the lead time is longer than expected.
