Hi is this rigid or flexible please?
Hello Ian
Thank you for your question. The spiral ducting is rigid.
Kind Regards
Anita
If I order some 125mm spiral ducting are you able to send it cut to length prior to posting? If so how much will it cost to be cut.
Hello Gary
Thank you for your question. If you can advise what length you require I can ask the factory if they can do this and get a price for you.

Hello I will be mounting the MRXBOX95 in the loft on a disused (square) brick chimney the chimney is blocked up downstairs and will never be used again, but still has a flow of ventilating air from below. Would it be a bad idea to vent the stale extracted air in to this chimney as it would be very close to the top and relatively easy to do? Regards Richard
Hello Richard
Can you quote to supply 12 lengths of the spiral duct cut to 1.2mtrs long 75mm diameter or quote nearest to delivered to our compound in Moreton Cutting,Didcot,OX11 9AA,Regards Neil
Hello Neil
Hi - a couple of questions if I may. Would you kindly let me know the internal dimension of the ducting? We have an extractor with an external diameter of 120, so I presume this will be OK to fit (with/out adaptor?) Secondly, I have to run this along to an outside wall and wonder whether this will fit through the 125mm plastic wall plate (to neaten up the cored hole). If it "nearly" fits (!), I guess I can enlarge the hole. thanks in advance.
