100MM EXTERNAL CENTRIFUGAL FAN 280M3 HR
These models are exhausted air fans for installation on external walls. The unit consists of an external rotor motor fitted with a backward-curved centrifugal fan in a housing manufactured in zinc-plated steel, protected with a tough white powder-coat finish. All ambient noise created by the fan is kept outside the building if it is installed on an external wall.
Ideal for applications where it is vital that the noise levels are at an absolute minimum e.g. recording studios or medical consulting rooms. However, they are also commonly used in domestic kitchens.
The UEC centrifugal fans series are designed for extract ventilation of living spaces, offices, shops, garages, kitchens, bathrooms and other residential and public premises.

#1Monsoon 100mm External Centrifugal FanI'm interested in the Monsoon external fan as an alternative to a fan built into a traditional cooker hood which is very noisy. What kind of cooker hood would work with the Monsoon external fan?
Question by Piotr Trela, 06-01-2024To be honest with you, we wouldn't recommend that, as it's not designed for that purpose.
The benefits of cooker hoods are, a) they tend to have very high flow rates, and b) they have grease filters that prevent grease from cooking clogging up the duct run.Kind regards,MarcReplied by i-sells, 10-01-2024 -
