White plastic rectangular ducting pipe - 204mm x 60mm x 1000mm (1 metre length).
Kair System 204 (SYS-204) Rectangular Ducting is one of our most popular ranges. The low-profile dimensions of the duct and fittings allow it to be easily concealed where space is restricted. Despite compact dimensions, it offers high airflow performance, making this system perfect for both whole-house systems and single extract requirements such as Bathroom, Kitchen, and Utility Room extract systems.
- Made in the UK using uPVC Plastic.
- Flat channel ventilation ducting pipe can be used a variety of ventilation purposes. Rigid flat pipe offers superior airflow performance to flexible ducting.
- Max / Min Temperature: +60c / -15c.
- Can be cut to suit.
- Suitable to use in compliance with Part F Building Regulations.
- Airflow performance independently tested by BSRIA or BRE.
- Free Air = 11452mm².
- Static Pressure Drop in Pascals: 15 l/s = 0.54 Pa - 30 l/s = 1.95 Pa - 60 l/s = 7.21 Pa.
Installation Tips:
- Kair plastic ducting pipe is lightweight & easy to install. You simply push-fit the duct pipe and fittings together. For permanent fixings, you can seal the joints with a method of your choice (Popular options include silicone sealant, solvent cement, or tape).
- Plastic ducting can be carefully cut to the required size using a hacksaw. Offcuts are always useful to keep to hand for joining two male fittings
- Lengths of duct channel can be joined together using a female connector (Part: "DUCVKC5608").
- We recommend that you use flat channel ducting clips to fix ductwork to walls and ceilings and support ducting tube (Part: "DUCVKC5610").
- If your duct run passes through a particularly cold area, we would recommend considering using our pre-insulated ducting to avoid condensation building up within your ductwork. Click here to view our range of pre-insulated plastic ducting.

The openings were collapsing in on themselves a little on arrival so need either some heat, or a good fitting or a little persuasion to return to a rectangular shape. Not a big problem, just not ideal - the product photo shows the issue to a lesser extent. -

As with my previous order delivery was amazingly quick, and the order was very well packed. One very minor reservation about the product: all the ancillary items are pure white, but the ducting itself is slightly creamy in colour. -

#1custom trunking sizeI need some trunking without internal divisions. Size: c 200 - 234 wide by c 30 deep by c 200 length. Could this be a customised item from your manufacturers?
