Does the job well. Good airflow on the high setting (there are two speeds, but I haven’t tested the lower one). The wiring diagram was pretty useless, and when I asked for help, they just told me to call an engineer. Found a YouTube video instead—much easier to follow. Once the wiring was sorted, fitting it was simple. It runs fairly quietly, especially since I mounted it on the wall instead of the ceiling. Overall, happy with it.

Great value for the money. The wiring took some time to figure out due to unclear instructions, but once installed in the loft, it runs quietly. The clips and brackets made fitting easy. I expected it to run constantly at low speed like my previous fan, but it needs to be switched for that. The key feature for me was the overrun timer up to 30 minutes is perfect.

My bathroom never had an extractor fan, so I used to run a dehumidifier after every shower. I installed this Kair fan with a timer by taking a permanent live and switched live feed to a new isolator wiring was simple once I accessed the terminals.
What I really liked was being able to wire the fan in the loft while assembling the chassis on the landing. I fitted it with flexible insulated ducting and mounted it on rubber grommets for stability.
Timer setup took a couple of tries, but adjustment was easy. The fan’s extraction is excellent, it’s quiet but powerful, easily holding a paper to the inlet. Now I don’t need the dehumidifier, and I barely hear the fan from other rooms.
Great value for money, and I’m very happy with the quality and performance.
