The unique DRI-ECO-HEAT-HCS incorporates all of the functions of our DRI-ECO-HEAT unit apart from having RF connection capabilities.
The heating component will temper the air which is distributed through the property via the ceiling diffuser, thus ensuring a comfortable living environment. This pioneering design sees the low watt heater (400w) react efficiently and effectively, guaranteeing an economically friendly product.
A temperature sensor on the outside of the unit monitors and controls the heater output to maintain the set point. The set point ranges from 5° to 15° and can be adjusted from the ceiling diffuser. If the temperature at the heater outlet is above the set point, the heater will not activate.
The DRIMASTER-ECO range provides whole home ventilation using the Positive Input Ventilation principle, which introduces fresh filtered air into the dwelling at a continuous rate, encouraging movement of air from inside to outside.
Technical Specification:
This unit also comes with a 7 segment display in the ceiling diffuser, offering complete control at the touch of a button without needing access to the unit located in the loft space. A lock function can be used to ensure the system remains tamper-proof.
Our range of DRIMASTER-ECO units is fitted with an internal temperature sensor. This sensor continuously monitors the temperature in the loft, boosting the air volume when the loft temperature is above a set level.
If the loft temperature becomes excessive the unit will switch to standby mode (no airflow). Once installed, the airflow can be set to suit the house size and, if required, the way it responds to the temperature changes within.

Hi there, I’ve just had a Nuaire Drimaster fitted but the hall diffuser part had a flashing red light under the cover. No instructions were left for use and I’m not sure what this signifies. It was only installed last Monday.

Yes it can run from a fused spur. It is recommended to run from a three amp fused spur isolation switch

can the controls be fixed so that tenants cannot tamper with them?

A Hi Colin. The control panel for this unit is on the diffuser, and it cannot be locked, but it would require climbing a ladder to get to it, and even then, all they can really do is adjust the fan speed and temperature settings.Kind regards, Marc
Arrived as expected… great delivery.
Not installed unit yet so can’t verify its effectiveness or function. Quality of item looks good so hope it does the job once installed.
Second unit I have bought, this one has the heating unit. The PIV system is a game changer when it comes to condensation in any house. Excellent service from i-sells , delivery done in 4 days.
Had this installed now for Four years, we suffered condensation really bad, but within a week of installation all window were bone dry and still are to this day 03.12.25.
Worth every penny, better than the dehumidifiers we were using.(Good ones ,not the cheap type).
