Somewhere along the line I lost the external coverings for not one, but two, heat recovery units. I was a little dubious as to whether I’d be able to find replacements given that they were installed sevenish years ago, but Wasfie was fantastically helpful. Within an hour, he’d both managed find these rather obscure parts AND sent me the reference numbers and how many of each part I needed, so I could order them directly from the website; always a good day when someone makes your life easier. Can definitely see why these guys have such a such a high rating and I would similar endorse.

These come gratis after product registration. It is always useful to have a spare for what is the closest to a consumable with this fan/heat exchanger unit.
Same as before, the filter material fits the unit. For what it is its probably overpriced!
