atm i have a light mounted extractor which has broken so im changing it over to this product would it be efficient for this ? also i have a couple of bends in the attic that goes out of one of my roof tiles with flexi hose. does this matter or do i need to change the hose probably 1.5 metre in length with motor in the centre of it ?

Also, the duct run length doesnt seem excessively long, so the length and 2 bends are ok, but if you can change flexible for Rigid duct, that would give a better performance, but you would require all ducting laid in the loft to be insulated and if you are ducting out through a tile vent, you should have a condensation trap at the bottom, before the fan. This will prevent moisture condensing and dropping into the fan.Kind regards, Marc

It isnt designed to run continuously.You could look at multiple extract units, as they are designed to run constantly and can cope with pretty long duct runs.It might be worth looking at the Domus CMX-Multi. We have it on a reduced price of £291.82 at the moment, and have it in stock in our Sidcup showroom. This unit takes 204x60 ducting, but it can be converted to round ducting if needed. What size are the holes in the base plate for mounting? I need to buy some rubber vibration isolation mounts to minimize transmission of vibration into the building structure when installing, need to know the diameter of the holes to order the right size mounts.
