• Designed for underfloor ventilation in both block and beam and suspended timber floors.

• Expands vertically up to 5 brick courses to suit your build requirements.

• Helps prevent condensation and the accumulation of dangerous gases in underfloor voids.

• Compatible with Rytons Multifix® Air Brick (RYTMFAB) — available in a wide range of colours to suit your project.

• Made from polypropylene plastic – not suitable for use in external walls of buildings over 11m high where people sleep. For fire-compliant options, consider the Rytons A1® Fire-rated Range.

Installation:

• No special fixings required — fits easily as work progresses.

• Adjustable height – can be cut to suit floor levels.

• To extend vertically beyond 5 courses, use the Rytons Vertical Extension (RYTPUFVVEXT).

• For horizontal ducting to 100mm pipe, use the Rytons Horizontal Adaptor (RYTHADAP100).

• To bridge wide inner or outer walls, use Rytons Cavity Liner (RYTTCL8LNR).

Compliance & Guidelines:

• Ensure airflow meets Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, and BS 5250 recommendations.

• Typically ventilators should be spaced every 2 metres and within 450mm of wall ends.

• For extended ducting, use pipes with a minimum 100mm diameter.
