Can I use an adaptor to connect the outflow to my existing 4inch pipe
Hello George
Thank you for your question. Your pipe is a female connector and the connectors on the fan are male so no connector is needed, but if you are connecting two female connectors together then a male connector will be needed which is QS37, but if you are connecting two male connections together then a female sleeve will be needed. Hallo. Can this extrator be mounted in the loft space and used to extract steam and moisture from a bathroom
Hello Arthur
Thank you for your question. Yes this fan can be mounted in the loft but your duct run would need to be known as this fan only does runs up to 3m either side of the fan (6m). If I can help any further please do not hesitate to contact me on 0208 463 9683
Kind Regards

Hi I have an axial fan serving my bathroom at the moment but it does not clear the steam from the shower when the door is closed. It is served by 125mm ducting so the hole through the wall is 125mm. Will it be OK to use 150/125 reduces on this fan to accomodate the existing ducting or will this compromise the fans performance? Regards John Shaw
Hello John
Thank you for your question. The Aventa in-line Fan does come in 125mm so you would not need the reducers. Also if your duct run is 6mtrs then this fan will do you application (3mtrs either side of the fan). If your duct run is more than 6mtrs then the MF125 will do an 8mtr straight run or 6mtrs with 2 bends incurred. These fans are fitted in a ceiling void on in the bathroom and ducted out. If I can help any further please do not hesitate to contact me on 0208 463 9683

i need a fan that operates in temperatures up to 120 degrees centigrade
Hello Mr Yun
This fan's working temperature is only 45 degree c. Could you advise if you are using for a commercial or domestic use?
Kind Regards
Anita
does connecting this fan to an existing 100mm external duct reduce its efficiency? we have an access problem to the outside of the building which makes it difficult to core a new 150 mm hole
Hello David
We need a fan that can be used 4 metres away from the outside wall. The inlet duct (vacuum side) will only be 1 metre, making a total duct length of 5 metres. Is this fan suitable please?
Hi Paul
I have a piazetta 15kw pellet burner with two fans supplying warm air. One with a direct vent and insulated ducting to the upstairs. This is where I have the issue . The fire fan delivers 250 cubic meters of air but over the run of the ducting I get both huge losses in airflow and heat. Can I fit an in line fan to drag and push higher volumes of hot air throughout the upstairs system?
Hello Robert
Can the fan speed be set on one speed to save having to replace the pull cord in the shower room or will I need to rewire and fit a new switch.
Hi Kevin,
The spec for the fan on your site states that 3m of duct can be used either side of the fan, can I assume that this is the maximum length while maintaining the flow rate. Could I use a longer length and reduce the flow rate, it needs to maintain 216 cubic meters/hour into around 11m of duct.
Can it be use in domestic kitchen environment ? What are the flow rate ?
